The Town of Babylon Environmental Department & Parks and Recreation Department are teaming up to host the 2024 Earth Day Celebration at Geiger Park. Children’s crafts, free giveaways and baby animals among other activities are planned. This year's theme is reaching out to our Youth on Environmental Education. Tackling litter and floatables in the local environment and waterways and the marine environment is also a very important issue to the Town of Babylon. Awards and scholarships to be announced at the event. Embark on tours of the botanical gardens and the Town’s Environmental Projects that are located right on site.
