All About South Korea - learn the Hangul Alphabet-at Danbury Library

Did you know that the Korean (Hangul) alphabet is only 578 years old! It is possibly one of the world’s youngest alphabet. In this program, we will explore Korea through its alphabet. Participants will learn how the hangul alphabet came to be, learn hangul alphabet sounds and practice with an alphabet bingo.

Towards the end, participants will create their bookmarks with their name in Korean. 
Registration recommended. Walk- ins welcome. Ages 7+ ( or younger with adult supervision)
